Conclusion

This zone goes bye real fast, however there are a few key points of slowdown that could really hamper your progress. One of which is collecting 20 Scarlet Armbands from the Scarlet Crusaders at level 5. There are plenty of Crusaders to kill, however since there is only one location to find them, it gets crowded pretty fast and you end up having to compete for your armbands. Another painful place in this zone is when you hit level 9 and start having to travel heavily to get to your objectives. This part of the guide took a little more time then usual to try to find the most efficient path possible to Complete Quest all the required quests but I was happy with the final results.

The major things that slow you down (other then travel) aren't in this zone. There really isn't many collection quests or single objective runs, however there is a whole lotta quest stacking, which is good. The collection quests (even Scarlet Armbands) have strong drop rates, so nothing is too painful to endure. To make the level go bye a little faster though, I'd grab a partner to do the 2 final parts of At War with the Scarlet Crusade as well as the Family Crypt. It'll save you a little frustration to hit all 3 with the same player.

In the end I came out to level 12, although I also Receive Quest a random-drop quest in Agamand Mills as well as Complete Questd my class quests. However I did not let this xp effect the guide as I staggered it to reflect xp without those quests. As with normal starter zones you should come out to between 20-30 silver if you went through as fast as possible while selling all the loot you did not need.
