1-285 Herbalism + Alchemy 3 Zones - Very Simple

Decided to power level my alchemy and herbalism in 1 day and I found a very easy way to get to 285 skill within a matter of hours and only staying in 3 zones and spending maybe 20g on extra materials. All the herbs you get will work for the Alchemist guide.

I also added pictures of my maps with the Gatherer add-on to help show you a general location of where the herbs will be.

Herbalism Guide

1-75 Durotar

• 1-15 Peacebloom, Silverleaf
• 16-50 Peacebloom, Silverleaf, Earthroot
• 51-75 Peacebloom, Silverleaf, Earthroot, Mageroyal

76-150 Barrens

• 76-100 Peacebloom, Silverleaf, Earthroot, Mageroyal, Briarthorn
• 101-115 Earthroot, Mageroyal, Briarthorn, Bruiseweed
• 116-125 Mageroyal, Briarthorn, Bruiseweed, Wild Steelbloom
• 126-150 Briarthorn, Bruiseweed, Wild Steelbloom, Kingsblood

151-285 Swamp of Sorrows

• 151-160 Kingsblood, Liferoot
• 161-170 Kingsblood, Liferoot, Fadeleaf
• 171-185 Kingsblood, Liferoot, Fadeleaf, Goldthorn
• 186-235 Kingsblood, Liferoot, Fadeleaf, Goldthorn, Khadgar's Whisker

Notes:

• Just follow where all the icons are on the maps, and try to make a circuit
• While in Barrens, try to collect an extra 20-30 Briarthorn for the alchemist guide.
• When you reach 170 skill, run near the mountains of Swamp of Sorrows to find the Goldthorn.
• 236-285 is a breeze with the ridiculous amount of Blindweed found in Swamp of Sorrows, try to pick up as many Khadgar's Whisker for the alchemist guide.

Alchemist Guide

1-65 : Minor Healing Potion

(1) Peacebloom + (1) Silverleaf

66-110 Lesser Healing Potion

(1) Minor Healing Potion + (1) Briarthorn

111-155 Healing Potion

(1) Bruiseweed + (1) Briarthorn

156-200 Greater Healing Potion

(1) Liferoot + (1) Kingsblood

201-235 Catseye Elixir

(1) Goldthorn + (1) Fadeleaf

236-270 Elixir of Greater Intellect

(1) Blindweed + (1) Khadgar's Whisker

271-285 Superior Mana Potion

(2) Sungrass + (2) Blindweed

Notes:

• You'll see in the last recipe that you did not gather any Sungrass, and have to purchase about 30 of them which will only run you 10-20g
• If you're short on some materials for a certain skill level, try these alternate recipes if they're available to you
  • Elixir of Fortitude
  • Greater Mana Potion
  • Elixir of Agility

Conclusion:

I was able to get to 285 Herbalism and Alchemy in only a few hours without having to go through that much trouble.

286-375 Herbalism is simple very easy to attain in Hellfire Ramparts + Zangramarsh

286-375 Alchemy - I'll write the end of this guide once I reach 375.
