A lot of people on my server do it for free, all you have to do is whisper em.

Do /who westfall and if you see a couple high lvls whisper em and ask nicely... usually works for me after asking 2~3 high lvls. And it's a free run !

I prefer completing Deadmines with a normal same levelish group, more satisfaction and its your first real test on Alliance side into the teamplay of WoW and you get to know your character a lot more by doing things people expect you to do. Not bad though.
