I attempted placing an order at EUWOWGOLD.com. On November 12, I placed an order, but as of today, they had nothing. Every time I use their chat to contact this company, I get the response "Sorry, your gold is not ready yet." Last week, I requested a refund, and the customer service representative said it will be processed within 24 hours. What? I still haven't received my return. When I contacted the business again, they informed me that they were unable to issue a refund because the director was taking the day off. WTF
