    Please, need some help with PCT.

    Hi! I wonder, i want to move a character from my friends account to my own. We can change E-mail and everthyng but not the name. Can the transfer be done? And, if that is the case, do i need his secret question and answer to it? cuse he forgot it:/ Please, some help would be great!
