Need Help with a Macro

Ok so im trying to make a macro right now for a mid combat raiding heal... Basically here is what i want to do...

Swap to Staff of Sorcerer-Thane Thaurissan,
Wait 1 second for GCD,
Cast Tranquility,
Wait for Tranquility to end,
Swap to Vicious Gladiator's Staff

Is it possible to work?

Waiting isn't possible as far as i know

Waiting is not possible. It's doable with G11 or G15 keyboard though.
