UnitBuff - 'essentially an alias of UnitAura with the "HELPFUL" filter'. You need to use UnitDebuff (or UnitAura) instead.

Furthermore, I don't know what patch you're targeting, but as of 10.2.5 these are all deprecated. Use C_UnitAuras.GetDebuffDataByIndex

Also you're using IsItemInRange wrong. I don't know why you're using that. IsSpellInRange is probably more appropriate.
