    I scammed this account

    i scammed this paladin. i merged to battle net, and i wonder if i merged my real account to the bnet account and moved it over to my real account, will it then be removed from the account?

    I think it is unwise to do that because once the person tries to recover their account, your account is going to get locked and be investigated

    like it has been said thousands of times, if you want to keep the account, the best thing to do is transfer it with bnet or out of bnet on a new account and ban the old one, no matter what you do otherwise it has a better chance to be recalled if the guy calls blizzard and its not banned.

    But the safest way to keep the character and not risk your own character getting banned is to merge it with a battle.net account that is separate from your own bnet account. Then wait 30 days and if it isn't recalled in that 30 days transfer the character and proceed to ban the account.
