If i get accounts with BanHammer's (hack n spank) scam, and i get all info of the victim's account. When he switch his email to my, that means he cant recall it right? (if he doesnt have ID or drivers license etc..) Is there anyway that OO would get scammed account back? (without ID's)?

If he knows the secret answer and what email it is tied to, you can easily change the email via the wow website. Also, calling into blizzard you only need to know the full name, account, and secret answer to change the email. Your best bet is to convert it to a Battle.net account.

What I sometimes do when I am in a recall battle, just set the parental controls to never allow the person to play and set your email as the parental one. The only way to change the email is to send in ID and form. They will either transfer the character or give up. After some time, they may forget and the account is yours.

You can recall the account using the last six digits of his WoW CD-key.

you dont need an ID to recall. for the 1000th time, if you have full info from HIM, then he has full info, calls blizzard and recalls, only if his IQ is greater then 100.
