No, unless he figures out your new username, there's a VERY low chance.
So I got one of my old accounts back that was recently hacked. The thing is the user has all info, and my ID. I sent in my notarized form/id and they also merged it to a bnet account for me.
Now the thing is, can the hacker recall the account again even after I recovered the account via notary? He doesn't know the info to the bnet account.
Thanks.

Can't he just call and say he forgot the bnet info?
They won't give you any info unless you provide them all the other info and you HAVE too have the username or else they won't give you the info xD.
IE: No username = no access.

Well he has the username to the account itself ( not the bnet account) and sqa to the wow Account, and full name, etc...
The accountname has been change to a b.net so it'll say Please use the registered B.Net email for this account. or w/e
So I/E the guy who scammed/hacked you is ****ed.

And all this only plays into the fact that you have a notarized account? They wouldn't do this if it wasn't notarized would they? Because I remember you could just call in, give in sq/a, full name, etc.. and they would remove the attached bnet account.
Ah, I hate to say jbluv, but he could just call in and say he forgot the email he used for bnet. They'll ask for his account name, SQA, Full Name, and tada the account is now his with a new bnet email. However, this may not be the case as you sent in a notary. What may happen is he'll call in, try and change info, and they'll lock the account all over again and request notary, etc.
It just all depends on the rep. "/
Mirror, sorry but what you're saying is a lie. As long as he know the ORIGINALLY username on the account, he can get it back if he got the ID.
The B-net doesnt do a shit, he can even ask to get it unmerged if he would like to. So let's hope he forgot where he putted the ID and let's pray jbluv
So then whats the whole point of doing a notary and being OO if the account would never be safe? Wouldn't the account just get locked again once he recalls it , and i recall it? Would I have to send in another notary or something?
I believe there is a final e-mail they send out that asks for notary + a SCAN of original cd keys. Once that is sent in... no one knows. I'm guessing they won't change the info anymore, no matter what.
I thought you can't recall an account after the OO has sent in a notary form?
I would like to know as well. Can the person get back the account if he has full info + id but the OO has notarized the account already?
