Battle.net scam

I have probably scammed around 5-6 accounts this past week and about 3-4 of them got recalled within 3 days. Is there a set date when the changes will be permanent, and is there a better way to do this? Also once the person send you the money, are you fine?

There has been several situations in which Paypal has sided with me on the virtual good transaction, and other times when they haven't. I even called them up on the issue and they said that selling virtual goods does not protect the BUYER, and the seller will win disputes in these cases. I feel as though PP changes their policies every so often lol.
