So i scammed some chinese guy for 500 bucks onto a fake Aus. paypal acc. Well. i did a money request to get the 500 from my fake to my legit. I opened and closed a dispute. Thought i was home free... spent all 500 of it on various crap. Well, i came home today and my legit paypal is 500 in the negatives. Any way i can get out of paying this back to paypal? T_T

If the original person filled an unauthorized money transfer or a credit card chargeback, you are pretty much screwed. If you wanna keep using that account, you will have to get your balance back to zero by adding money unto your account.

If you don't pay, PP will send a debt recovery agency to collect the money. If you don't pay from there... well honestly I am not quite sure what will happen to you.

For a number that large, they will about 99% send a debt collections agent... If its a very small amount such as 2$ then I don't really think they will send one after you.

If you don't add $500 to your PayPal account soon, PayPal WILL send over an agent to collect their funds. If they do, they WILL take you to court, you WILL lose more money than you gained.

they will not send anyone to his house .. lawl. they will send him to collections. this crap will stay on his record untill he pays it. if its 10, 000$ they will send agent to your house. not for 500$.. collections is the only penalty he is geting.

Doesnt matter they wont do shit except send your info to a collections agency. ive had $-360 for over a year now with no calls/people showing up/emails whatever/ only email I ever got was from paypal about it and I just ignored it.
