Logging in via URL

It seems you can login to some sites using the URL
For example gmail/google acc:
google.com/accounts/ServiceLoginAuth?Email=your_email&Passwd=yourpass

does someone know if this is possible for the wow login aswell?
would be awesome for phishing if that would work.

I dont believe that you can login to WoW using that. First of all, it could be a security issue, and you know how blizzard is. They will remove all of the easy ways to scam people, and leave the long and annoying ones.

Also...how could this work for a phisher? Would they type in their password with a url to ur site or something?

Well I was thinking maybe for making a login that redirects your victims to their actual acc management instead of a fake one.

Thanks. Yeah, well there are already phishers out there that look legit without having to go through account management (Albedo's one). It would be nice though, to be able to have them logged into management, but then again, it could be a sign that u had phished them, (IE, them getting an e-mail saying that they need to verify their identity, but then getting redirected from your website to account management). But i see how this could work.
