    Need help with banning account I have full info to

    It was a dual warglaive account of mine, but someone keeps recalling it...I don't know how to get it banned or locked to **** this guy over.

    yes it was a high repped member of markeedragon's rogue but the rogue was scammed from him not by me...how can I check if the account is banned yet?
