Getting account back from foreign account seller

Ok so around two months ago I sold my account to a foreign mmo site and had a couple questions about getting it back. I had to give them my real home phone, but the rest of the info was false should I be worried they have my home phone number if I get my account back? How can I make sure they don't take the account back since they have all the info?

did you give them secret q&a? did you give them your CD key? If not, a simple call / e-mail to blizzard should be enough with your cd key, and a copy of an I.D. with the account info on it. If you gave them your cd key you might be able to try with just your I.D.

What should I say to the MMO seller if they call my house? And no I didn't get give him the cd key and I'm the OO, but I thought you weren't able to get your secret question changed so would they be able to get it back?

edit: and does the cd key have to be the regular wow one or can it be the BC one?

I would just recall the account and if they call, hang up or play dumb. Claim "So and so doesn't live here, I just got this phone number last week"

If they call you it's no big deal. I've had them call and THREATEN me before and I LoL'd and hung up.

LOL so would they be able to recall it though once I get it back since they have the account name,name on the account, and secret question and answer?

they may be able to. But even if they do you could lock the account down for another couple weeks with a blizzard authenticator. If you don't have one I would lock it with mine till they give up on recalling it. It's one of the many services I provide in this community.
