Need help/tips with account scamming.

So i have alot of info, his full name, access to his emails, SQA, and so on.

Will logon his account this friday, change email and such, transfer his char to a brand new account in his name, after that im not sure, what i've read i should try to permban his account, so i would like to know the best way to do that, seems like most of the hacks result in 72h ban? and is there anything more i should think about? is there any way to change the fullname on the new account after the transfer?

1. I know that speedhacking and wallclimbing usually results in a 3-day ban but, I think after you get teh 3-day ban the first time and you do it again you get perm ban. I'm sure theres some way to get a perm ban though.

2. No there is no way to change the full name on an account or even the first or last unless you go through sending mail to blizzard saying you were married and sending legal proof of it.
