how to check last name of the account

how can i check the last name of the account without buying a new wow+tbc i think there was a way with a trial account but i cant remember

not 100% sure but I think you can create a trial account and then try to xfer a char over to the trial account and I think if the last name is correct itll say something about the account being a trial account, while if the last name is incorrect itll say the last names incorrect, read this awhile back on here

If they tell me thats not the last name registered on account I hang up =D

One of the best thing to verify is by calling Blizzard. Tell them you want to change the email, they always will ask for your full name first. That way, when they ask for it, you give them the full name and they say correct or incorrect. If you don't know the first name just make something up, like if last name is Zergform and you make up a first name called Boingboing just say it, they say incorrect and you say: what is incorrect, the last name or first name? Most of the time they say first name or last name or immediately both then.

naw that dont work... i tryed to xfer a char over to a differnt trial account with differnt lastname and it still said unallowed to transfer to a trial account... tryed this about 3 days ago

I thought if you say the wrong last name the account gets locked and the OO has to send in ID?
