Need help with phisher

Hey

First off, please excuse the leecher status.. it's incredibly hard to think of something someone hasn't before. When I complete this I will be posting it on these forums to hopefully get out of leecher status

I'm in the process of making a hotmail phishing website because the main problem I have with securing accounts is the email password is different.

So I've spent a good 5 hours on dreamweaver creating this website, and I'm most of the way through. The problem I'm having is that whenever I save my page and try to view it (or try to view via dreamweaver) nothing shows up. I've tried setting the images as files on my computer and on the internet.

Also done a large amount of internet scouring to try to find out how to do the information submitting, would like someone to check it over (note not completely done).

I would really appreciate any help anyone can give me. Screenshots and file download below.
