well im trying to do the scam where you make a new paypal account and make it from canada i recived 300 USD but i cant buy anything from any site it wants my credit card and im not doing that any help?

try buying gold from sites that want paypal. or buy from ebay where you can also use paypal

paypal tells you to enter a creditcard? maybe you need to be verified then.
