"Found" some accounts, need help

So i "found" some hotmails and such, some of them had wowaccounts, so with some research i found out the accountname and secretquestion/answer, changed the mail and everything, created a new account in his name and moved 3 chars to the new account, can he get em back and if so how? what to do to increase the chance of him not getting anything back?

any help would do!
