Secure a scammed account, Call or Acc to Acc transfer?

Greetings, im about to buy an account which is phished, he has all info except the CD keys. The account is still untouched and the mail has not been changed since the original player still plays on it and we do not have acces to his mailbox.

What can i do?
Call blizzard verify Name, Acc name, SQA etc, but what if they ask for CD keys? then i cannot answer.

I can get new CD keys and TBC keys then try to transfer which i do not know what i need for it. How does it go? Do i need to just answer SQA and make the new account with his name or if i ask for transfer will he get a email asking premission because then im f'd.

I want to secure this account 100% to be mine, and cannot be retrieven anymore. Can anyone please help?

Prof scammer needed who knows what hes talking about, i do not want to take risks.
