Scammed account transfer help, and online cd-key/gamecards

So i got this scammed account and im prolly gunna transfer one of the characters to a new account i just have a few questions

1. Will it be totally secure to transfer the character to a new account, like can blizz ban me or something? Cause i don't want to spend money on a new account for it to get banned. I know that i have to get the old account banned after.

2. Online CD-Keys/Gamecards There is a lot of site for them but does anyone know and legit sites that they have bought off of?

1 : As long as you ban the old account, chances are everything will be fine. Although, it is not 100%. The scammed one must not know you are xfering his chars over. He only needs to wake up and have a banned account.

2: Most sites are legit, including WOW Cdkeys gamecard and any kind of game cd keys . You can also buy off MD.

First off, try not to let him know. Also, most of the time they wont listen to him because his account is closed.
