need help getting my account back !

for quite a while ago i bought an account with 2 lvl 70s on it, and since im so stupid i didnt move the characters to a new account..so i kept playing on the original account and geared up my characters... 2 days ago when i tried to log in it said that my pw was incorrect, i tried getting a new pw with my secret answer but it said that it was the wrong mail. so in other words the original owned called blizz or something and got the mail changed and evrything.

and i need help getting my account back so i can move my character...

i have the username, secret question/answer and the name of the original owner and what country he is from...and i dont know anything about scamming so rly need help :s tried to get my acocunt back on their website but they needed the cd-key or an id picture..
is there any way i can get the account back?

I have a solution, Find the guys email and post as something official and say you need a scan of their id to verify their legitimacy. then you have their id and can send it to blizz and that.

but over what did you buyed the account ?? paypal maybe if yes you can get your money back

Theres alot of scams out there that could help get the account back just keep your eyes open.
