Got account user/PW, how to get second name?

    Hey,

I got a scammed account but I only have the username/pass. The OO hasn't recalled yet, so I want to transfer the chars off the account. To do this i need the second name on the account which I do not have. I have seen some threads on this forum with people locator and such and I havn't found a good one for people living in the UK. Perhaps one of you could suggest one?

    Thanks
