I impersonated a blizzard employee, the guy said he had a degree in psychology and was going to sue me under federal law for fraud, when situations like this arise what do you guys do?

dont even worry about it imo.....
I played it safe and gave him his account back but said It would be banned if you don't stop violating EULA and TOU and he said stop committing fraud. Lost a perfectly good account with a really nice rogue on it
dam he owned you with social engineering he must have a degree in psychology. nothing will happen unless you scam paypal now thats when it gets ugly but wow itself nah.
so if sell a scammed account then get the buyer to file dispute/then cancel dispute can shit get ugly?
My advice:
If you are scared like a chicken don't scam and play tetris.
HAHAHHAHAHHA, Pu55y...
He can't sue you xD...lawl wtf nubz lawlawlxD
As long as you don't scam with real money, you can't be charged with anything. Blizzard owns the wow account, so only Blizzard can take action against you. Blizzard takes action by banning the wow account. Futhermor, if you are smart about scamming, people will have no way of tracking you.
yea thats true i think the only think they can do is track the accounts and get your other accounts banned.
lol i have a degree in psych and dont know shit about tech laws
Lol your noob scamming ass got owned haha. SHould have never given it back too him. If someone stole my account i would be talking crap and doing everything to get it back.
