Scam Question [Taking Character Back]

Alright, so I sold an old account of mine a while back and I've been wanting to play one of the characters on said account again.

My plan is to have the account reclaimed via the Blizzard compromised form thing. Once it's back in my posession, I was going to open up a new account under my name, transfer said character off to the new account, change the old accounts info back to the buyer's and just let it rot/get picked up again.

Now, the only reason I'm asking for help/advice is that I gave the buyer my auth keys, SQA etc, but MY name is still on the accounts.

Is this going to cause problems in the form of having the character on the new account given back/banned if the buyer initiates an investigation? Or am I in the clear because my name is the owner on the accounts?

It's not getting the account back I'm worried about, I've already got the email changed on it and can access it. I was basically just wondering, since he has the auth keys for the account, that if I transfer the toon I want to a new account, can it be recalled off of the new account or anything along that line?

Full guide with explanation about securing and account and what to do if it get's locked, which if very possible. By the way, Locked means you have to send in a photo ID to Blizz for them to open it back.
