Wow Phishing

Alright, my phishing site is wowbetacenter.com right now i fix it up and adding some other new shit to make it look 100% real, i showed my friend and he said it looks so good he would fall for it. But he brought up if i got cought (( i bought the domain)) if someone wanted to i could get cought with fraud. Is this true or i got nothing to worry about? Also when im done with the final version i will release it.
