2 computers help avoiding ban?

hey, i've got a question: i bought a seccond account from my friend and gonna do some scamming it, but would rather not get banned quickly. does having 2 computers(2 IPs) decrease the chance of getting banned? for instance playing with my main on 1 and the scam account on another so blizz sees they have been played on different places when i mail the money.

Let me get some things straight. In this scenario you have just scammed an account and have access to 2 IP's.

Sending gold from one account (IP 1) to another account (IP 1)= Most Risk.
Sending gold from one account (IP 1) to another account (IP 2)= Some Risk.

I would advise using a guild bank to contribute then withdraw money. If not guild bank, AH, if not AH, trade.


Also, make sure both computers have SEPARATE internet providers.

If you are both on the same internet network, you will have the same IP.

Involving more IP's does make it harder to track, but the down side is if blizzard does track it you will have a higher chance of getting both IP's punished (maybe an IP ban but rarely an IP ban.)
