Question about issues with a scam

Hey, i was wondering if i could get in to an ass load of legal trouble if let's say i sell my crap gnome for about 50$ and as soon as he pays i block him?

I have a series of PayPal accounts to send it too just wanted some oppinions before i try.

Well No if You Do it in the following way sell get the money dont block him yet say ok get the money in your paypal make sure its real then send it to a new paypal close the paypal you got it i and then block him then voila cant open a case or chargeback cause it no longer exisits
