NOTE: I HAVE ONLY MADE THIS WORK ON A RP-PVP SERVER AND A NORMAL RP SERVER, YES I HAVE TRIED ON PVP AND PVE SERVERS.
So, what this scam is about.
Basiclly what I did from start was, I scammed a HELL lot of mats and items out of people, being caution about not being revealed at any time. When I had all the mats I wanted, I then found my victim, and I was 100% sure that he was above the age of 18, then I went like this. Due to how I tricked him, is why I wrote the note:
Me: Hello, do you have some time?
Victim: Yes?
Me: Well, see, I am under 18 (<- This point is crutial for it to work), and my dad/mom doesn't want me to play World of Warcraft, but I just LOVE to RP! The problem is that I changed role on my character and it doesn't fit with my name, so is there any chance you can pay me a namechange for something back in WoW?
Victim: Why should I pay for you, when I don't even know you?
Me: That's a good question, though, if you do this little favor for me, I can give you 500g ingame and a nice outfit I got!
Victim: Hmm, is there any way I can contact you outside the game, like a phone or something?
Me: (This is important, do not give the victim any information about your RL information!) Well you can have my MSN, (you can make a new MSN if you want, but that is up to you) ********.
Victim: Thanks, I'll contact you there, but I'm just doing this because you seem legit.
He contacted me on MSN, I gave him my accountname and password, next thing I knew I had a new name on my character and I'm all free for people saying "***** is a scammer!"
When done with your victim, delete his MSN and never speak to him again.
As mentioned, I don't know if this will ever work on a PvP/PvE server, but you can try, changing some parts.
The reason I did this was simply because I wanted a new name after
scamming alot of people, not because I hated my old one.
