How to stop ppl from recalling/banning!

Just thought i would post a neat little trick i use to stop ppl from trying to recall/banning scammed accounts.

The idea came to me when is started reciving som angry email from a guy i scammed. he wrote somthing along the lines of:

Fu** you, scammer bit** (etc. etc.)
im gonna get the acocunt banned, mailing blizz when i get home from work with chat logs scrn shots and i got all info..

so i started thinking about reasons he would NOT send a mail to blizz.
and i came up with the following: Make him think blizzard allready banned the account.

so i found the anonymous mailer posted here on the forum before:

The trick:
Send an email to the victims email from [email protected]
In the email just edit a ban mail from blizzard to suit your needs.
Tell him that his account has been suspended indefinitly for Participating in trading activities.

We are writing to inform you that we have, unfortunately, had to cancel your World of Warcraft account:

Account Name: accountname
Type of Violation: Involvement in online trading activities
Investigation Concluded: 01/01/2008

Account access is the responsibility of the account owner and account sharing is against our Terms of Use (World of Warcraft Europe -> Legal Documents -> Terms of Use). Therefore, should you believe someone other than yourself (the account owner) has committed this violation of the Terms of Use with your account, these sanctions would still apply, as our action is taken against the account, not the individual.

If you want to you could leave the french, german and spanish parts in aswell.

This resulted for me in reciving this a new email from the scam victim:
HAHA you fu**ing scammer.. you LOOSE! the account is banned!!!!!!"11!!1!"

Oh, noes... you got me there

where did you get the impression that i do it for fun from?

actually, that is a very good idea. One other thing I would like to recommend is after you scam the account, /gquit from the guild and quit from any arena teams the character may be on, and then log out. Cut all ties the character has in that server. Do not log into the scammed character for about a week or so, just in case the victim tries to go on armory to check if the account really did get cancelled (obviously since it shows the last time you logged into the character). Or simply change the character's name so that the victim just thinks the character got deleted by blizzard. Of course this would require much patience. Any thoughts? comments?

One of my old accounts got banned, but I could still see my character on the armory, and it showed the last time it was logged into, but took me out of the guild and arena teams I was in.

yeah, good point. i think i would presonally change his name.. but it depends what your planning on doing with the account.
if your just going to sell it, dont bother. but if you plan on playing on it yourself i would strongly recommend quitting guild and changing name...
