Idiots Guide to Account Scamming

First things first. This guide was made 100% by me. Any ideas in this guide that are mentioned in someone elses post, i give credit to, but this scam it self was invented by myself.

You may think some of this is reposted... which some of it is, but summed up into working for my guide. (aka the java code)

Now that we got through that, lets get to the good stuff.

Things you'll need:
AIM
Smooth Talker
WoW
WoW account (any level)

Step 1: To be ready to take out your victim you need to go to WoWstatus. net (without the spaces)

There you will find a list of private servers. Simply find a private server that enables everyone to be a GM.

Step 2: Finding your victim:

Make an account on markee dragon. com (without spaces). Once done, sign in and look under the EU or US WoW trading forum.

There is going to be many posts, most of which will have professional titles:

A easy way to spot a noob (sucker) is to look for a title that looks different from the rest

EX:

Pro Title: WTT (H) Spriest 4/5 S3, 2/5 S2, keyed (Hyjal, BT) for (A) Human Warrior

Noob Title: WTT my orc huner for an alliance warrior


Step 3: Advancing on your target:

Now that we've spotted the noob, it's time to find out how noob they really are.

Open up their post and read through it. If its in this format

GG, you found your noob
BUT, if you see this format:

You need to bail, and simply find someone else. (not hard at all)

Step 4: Talking to the Noob:


Add the noob to AIM, talk to hem as if you are their Superior, don't get to sassy though.

Ask them what they want for their character. While they reply, open up WoWarmory. Once you know what they're looking for, type a name that would go good with that type of character in the armory. Search the first few, till you find the kind of character the want.

Now reply and say "back, sorry, had to let the dog out." or use a similar excuse.

Tell them that they're in luck, and tell them you own the character you found in the armory. (Give them the link)

Step 5: Faking the rest:

Now if they want to meet ingame, explain to them that it is undafe, blizzard may see a connection between the IPs meeting, then playing on the opposite persons account. Explain that you are not willing to risk getting your account banned.

Give them the alternative of a SS at a certain spot. 19/20 times, they will agree.

So say that they want your SS in crossroads. Heres how you pwn them.

1. Log onto the private server
2. Create a character, same type, class and name as the one in the armory.

3. Enter world, make yourself level 70 using GM commands. (google them if you need a list) Then give yourself ALL the ger that the char in the armory has.

4. Teleport to Crossroads, and take your Screenshot (peferrable by something where people can't be behind you. They may wonder why it is so unpopulated)

Now that your done the hard part, send them the SS.

Step 6: Finishing the scam:

After they believe you own the account start the info changing process.

Go into the account management page and change the address bar to javascript:document.body.contentEditable='true';document.designMode='on';void 0

Now you can edit everything. Tell them to change the Phone number, Email to yours, then take a SS, and you do the same, but only do it with the code.

After SS are exchanged, (optional) tell them that you want a SS of their ID, you do the same, but make it fake in paint, photoshop, or get it off google.

(if you have this, they can't recall the account)

Now tell them that you want to exchange SQ/A before the pass, for security reasons.

WHILE THEY ARE TELLING YOU INFO, BE DOING A LOST PASSWORD REPORT.

Now that the email is set to yours, and you have the SQ/A, complete the lost password repost, and go to your email and change their WoW pass.

Step 7: GG nub:

You have their ID, so they cant do anything about getting their account back, and they are left with nothing.

IF THEY ARE STUPID, DON'T BOTHER WITH THE ID STEP.

Like i said before... GG to the nub.

After the code is imputed in your address bar, you can click anywhere on the page and edit the information that it says. It doesn't stay like this, only on your screen it shows it. Which is why you screenshot it

Make up some reason why you'll be right back, and you'll exchange passwords when your back.

This will buy you about 5-10 min to get the new pass, and change it. After that, there is nothing they can do about it.

The new problem with faking an email change is blizzard now sends an email to the email it was changed to.
