This is a step-by-step guide detailing how I scammed the loot code for a Spectral Tiger Mount.
Step 1.
Create a Markeedragon account 2-3 weeks before you're attempting the scam. The earlier the account created, the higher chance at success.
Step 2. Post in lots of threads even if you're just bumping them, you need to get your post count up to around 50. The higher the amount, the more likely people will trust you.
Step 3.
Copy someones TrustWho Verified and PayPal Verified sigs into your own.
Step 4. Make sure you have a Avatar, I suggest going onto the WoW realm forums, and finding a guild website there, steal someones avatar. (Also base your forum name around the Avatar)
Step 5. Create a post with a message similar to the following
"I am seeking to buy World of Warcraft TCG Loot codes, I am currently looking for the following cards and paying the amounts listed below:
Spectral Tiger Mount $US500
Landro Longshot $US30
*What ever type of loot card you want to scam*
Unfortunately, I am only able to pay via PayPal. If interested please contact me via PM or AIM/Hotmail. *Leave AIM and email addresses here*
Update: I have just purchased the Landro Longshot card and no longer need it, I am still in search of the Spectral Tiger code."
This makes it seem as if you have just done a successful trade, thus making them think you're legit.
Note: Edit the prices for whatever you seem fit, don't put a ridiculous price on the cards though, or people won't believe you.
In total I have scammed 3 loot cards from this, 2 were Landro Longshots, one of which I used, I also got a Spectral Tiger, which I sold on ebay for $560 My Markeedragon account got banned and I'm currently in the process of getting my post count up with a new one.
It took a total of 6 people before someone actually sent me the code first.
As with all scams, I suggest you hide your ip with a program.
