How to find the last name on a scammed account

So, this is just something I bumped over. I searched and couldn't find anything like this. Anyway, I got my hands on a scammed account like 30 min ago, (thanks Drathnar) and was messing around on the account management. Just to the right of the BC add that appears on accounts that aren't upgraded to TBC, theres a slightly smaller image that says "The Burning Crusade digital upgrade". When I clicked on this, to my amaze the full name of the account owner appeared. This could be usefull for transferring characters

NOTE: This will only work on non-BC enabled accounts, and I dont know if it works on EU. This was on an US account.

I think the reason it doesn't work in EU is because EU doesn't have an official "instant upgrade" option yet.

what do you mean with 'instant upgrade'?

in eu we have an option for upgrading and if i click on it, licence-bla pops up, and then you have to put accname/pw and ya key in it.

Yes, I know. I'm EU myself. What I mean by "instant upgrade" is not only enter your key, but actually BUY it there and then. Take a look at the pic and you'll see what I mean. It will instantly upgrade that account without having to insert a key.

problem is the account could only be 60 or lower because its not upgraded BC yet and when you upgrade to BC those boxes go away. just confirmed that.
