3. Pay him through paypal.
4. Call blizzard after you've recieved all the info you need.
5. Recall the account with a new email, etc.
6. Chargeback your money through paypal.
7. Yay.

You do need some money, and you can't start from scratch. Or you can just use some other scam, sell the account, bam you have money.

Yup. Except if the seller freaks out and instantly gives a refund. But really low changes for this to work. :yuck:

Plus most placed will block your account as a chargeback and charge a huge "chargeback fee" to reopen your account"

I have seen blizzard suspend these accounts on their forums.

Then they go to their bank and charge it back and paypal wont do anything. happened 2 times to me.
