Okay so first off all I advise you all to merge your Wow Account to Battle.net
Will be easier for you to get your account back and you´ll save some work to blizzard..
Okay if your account was merged the hacker probably did:
Change your e-mail
Change your acc name(to a battle.net)
And he is probably on your account right now.
There are 3 ways I know to make you get this hacker out of your account.
1st-You can use the Blizzard Supportwebform (EU) or http://eu.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml?locale=en_gbWebform (US)
The second way is to have a nice friend that fully trusts you.
You go on his account,you make a ticket whit all the info you can remember for EG:
First Name:MMOwned
Last Name:Pwns
City of Birth:Orgrimmar
Lives:XRoads
Day of birth:11/11/1111
Secret answer:I play a game
Last 4 credit card numbers:4444
Account nameonthackmeplz
Email of the [email protected]
And say if you have access to your email and to your account:=)
If you catch the GM online to chat whit you will be great,if not they will probably unmerge the Battle.net and youll get a mail.
This is the one I ust to use since it didnt require alot of time like the WebForm and since I cant phone blizzard.
