1. Get on the PTR 3.0.8 with the "-console" shortcut at the end of your WoW shortcut URL. Type /console port gmisland.
2. Pretend you are a GM, start whispering the person you want to scam.
3. Press "`/~" and type "WHOIS {Players name}. Their account name will come up. Ask them if they are the original owner of that account. Tell them you need to verify their account or make up some believable story, mine was that their account was not flagged for WotLK on the PTR, and that the bug is happening alot (Unless you were in beta, you cannot access WotLK content on the PTR atm.)
4. Tell them you'll be appearing at their location. Ask them to /who you first and ask if they can see your location. Notify them this is another bug that they can see you on GM Island.
5. Type /console port {Players name}.
6. At this point they should think you're legit as you appear at their location.
Remember to maintain a professional attitude when you engage in conversation, and this is a basically foolproof scam.
Have fun with your new account.
90% success for me, 9 accounts scammed out of 10 tries.
