Prevent Bought Account Being Reclaimed

Hi, when buying a WoW account is there anyway to stop it being reclaimed?

Perhaps transferring the WoW character to a new Account?

After all that, yes transferring them off and getting the old account banned is the way to go. (For getting an account banned look around this section aka. SCAM SECTION
