STEP 1: Go to account management and click setup subscription

STEP 2: Select Bill To Home Phone

STEP 3: Put in a phone number of a local Pay phone form say a park.

STEP 4: Go to the park Call the number they provide you with-- write down the confirmation number.

Good, do this so when Blizzard doesn't get the payment, your account gets temp. locked until they get the payment and possibly PERMA BANNED.
