Selling Verified Paypal Accounts

If you have to pay from a verified account, then why would someone buy another account when they already have a verified ? Just a question :P

Odds are they don't want to use their main account to scam with. I'm not sure exactly how paypal deals with "reports" on your account, but if you have say 10 reversals they may be inclined to close out your account. Using one of these accounts they could close it and your "clean" normal account would still be fine without any bad marks.

GTA, thanks for this service. May I ask though what will happen when we access the purchased PayPal from another IP than it was verified/created with? I know with unverified PayPal accounts this results in account limitation. How's it work with US based verified accounts?

Its actually called, a virtual credit card, which can be purchased for 10USD (So I was wrong, he's making a 15$ profit).

Stigggs, there is no bank account to them, only a virtual credit card with no money on it, so it does you no good. It just upholds the tag "Verified"

umm adding a CC doesnt make it verified...at least not the US ones, ive tried =\ gotta either attach bank acct or get verified with payal card...

whitch he has answerd 3 times now? You can use the accounts hes selling to scam people without fear or getting limited or getting traced back to your bank acc.
