Hello everyone! I was thinking of a scam when it hit me. The rental service provided by Gamepal.com
If you go to the website, select live help, and tell them that you ordered the rental service on "xx" account, they will ask for some information. (Order #).
Of course you can provide them with false answers. After this is done they will obviously not find the ID. They then told me they would contact me via e-mail after sorting this out and they would give me the account username and password. Here is the chat conversation:

Customer: Yes
Customer: It was just for an hour on the rogue.
kat: Don't you have a 5-digit code? All numbers?
kat: I tried doing a search using the paypal i.d. you gave me but it's coming up as invalid.
Customer: Really?..
kat: The order number is 5-digits.
Customer: Let me check if I have the order #
Customer: okay, I have something else in my e-mail...
Customer: Order Verification ID: [censored]
Customer: Is this it?
kat: No..
kat: It usually starts with a 9.
Customer: I do not have it then.
kat: I understand you ordered an account from us?
Customer: I rented an account from you.
kat: I'll be following this up with the proper department
kat: And we'll have the info sent to you as soon as possible.
Customer: Do I get any compensation or refund for my purchase?
kat: Sorry for the inconvenience.
Customer: Do you have my e-mail address?
kat: Yes we do...
kat: Please contact our account department through our Message Center at http://www.gamepal.com/central/communicate.php and we will look into this further.
kat: You may also leave a message at the message center - accounts department.
kat: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
Customer: But you say you don't have my order #
Customer: how do you have my e-mail address..
kat: I have your paypal transaction i.d. and we'll check using that/
Customer: You said it was invalid.
kat: But that is the one that was sent to you by paypal right?
kat: We will have to verify with them.
kat: Sorry for the inconvenience.
Customer: This is ridiculous...
Customer: How long will I be forced to wait?
Customer: It was just an hour worth of play time, Kat.
kat: Is this for a WoW game?
Customer: Yes
Customer: Soo..can I please just have my one hour?
Customer: It was a mere $15..
kat: Please wait a few more hours.
kat: Sorry for this.
kat: If you don't get anything in 3 hours kindly check back with us.
Customer: Okay.
