How to not get suspended on paypal

This is not a scam, but a way to get away with scamming, much much easier.

I have heard a lot of people complaining recently that they can not spend the money on paypal after they get from either chinese people, people they scammed, ect. I have found the solution!

In this guide I will explain, as simply as I can, how to use a proxy and not get your paypal suspended, or locked or whatever.

From what I have gathered, 90% of this community uses tor. While tor is a great program, it changes your ip on a regular basis. If you create a paypal account and 10min later tor gives you a new identity and then you log back into your account, paypal notices the change and immediatly suspendes your account. Not good. So by doing this, you will have one solid proxy that will be used the entire time that you scam, making you look like one person from one location. Thus not being suspicious.

What you are going to need

1. Firefox 3.0 Firefox web browser | Faster, more secure, & customizable
2. Access to this website Proxy - Free Proxy List - Anonymous Proxy Server (not really sure why you couldn't access it but w/e)
3. Common sense

How to Make it work

Now that that list is all checked off, go to Proxy - Free Proxy List - Anonymous Proxy Server. This site provides new updated proxy lists everyday that are working. You don't have to use this if you have your own list, but I find this one works well.

This is what the proxy list looks like, scroll down to the bottom and you will see this.


Grab one of those proxys, it doesn't really matter which one, and copy the url. Do not copy the numbers after the : because that is the port number.

In firefox, click Tools > Options >Tab over to Advance > Tab over to Network > and in connection hit "Settings..." Once you are there you will see this screen.


Press the button "Manualy Configure Proxy". Check the box "Use this Proxy...." and paste in the ip address you copied into the "HTTP Proxy" section. Make sure everything beneath it fills in the same as well. Now go back to that place that you copied from, and enter the port in the next box. Once that is done, hit okay.

Testing your proxy

Type in the webbrowser What Is My IP Address? - IP Address Lookup, Bandwidth Speed Test, IP Info, plus more and see if your ip is different than what is usually is. If you don't know what your ip usually is, go back into the proxy configuring thing, and click "Do not use a proxy". Go to that site again, and check what it is. Repeat the section "How to make it work" and then look. If it is different, you have succesfully configured your proxy.

Now, there are many different proxys, in all different sections of the world, different speeds, and just about everthing else. So, take some time to find the fastest proxy for you, and make sure it isnt going to put every website into a language you don't understand.

One more Thing

In the proxy world, there is this company called "Codeen". This place houses a good margin of the working proxys in the world. You do not want this. Once you have entered your proxy, go to paypal.com and make sure it doesnt say that the site isn't allowed. Codeen blocks certain sites, such as paypal. If you come across one of these proys, just go back, select another one.

Also, to find more proxys just google "Working Proxy List" and check a few different sites if you want to have your own. I just posted that site, because they test them daily, and it seams to be legitimate.


So anyways, I hope this helps you Always-Getting-Suspended-On-Paypal-Grrr people. Always change your proxy after you spend the money. Just grab a new one.

What I usually use is Proxy Lists. They usually have a non-stop refreshing list of anonymous (yum!) and transparent (not that you will ever need this) proxies. Just pick one with a higher % of efficiency and go for the kill!

And if you are really paranoid and want 100% anonimity (spelling?) I would suggest going for a private VPN tunnel company (I won't broadcast any commercials here, but they can be found easily enough). For something like 15$ per month you can get an IP from every part of the world (especially interesting are the Canadian and Australian IPs ), you get a log-free environment to use it in and most importantly - you can change your IP at will, thus minimizing the risk of getting caught.
