used hotspot shield
never changed proxy
didnt activate paypal until he was about to send money
i had all the sites open ready to buy
i let the money clear
5 seconds after getting money i go to buy a gamecard and i get limited.

please talk to me on aim ive been trying to find out wtf is going on here ive come down to the problem it might be the site im using which is igxe.com

o and btw i tried even getting only 200$ then spending only 30 on 1 g card...still gets limited

you can also use your-freedom.net , this program provides fast proxies for users,just need to register on the website-download program-make configurations-select a proxy- which you want-write 127.0.0.1:1080 to socks on firefox and then use.
it resets proxy every 1 hour.but when you login again it gives you same proxy.so not any problem.

Or you could alternatively coast the neighborhood in that shiny car or tricycle you have with your laptop in hand find a open network and screw all the proxy stuff and let them deal with anything that happens =P which probably wont.
