Need Help Creating a Good Proxy Seteup for Paypal

Sorry if this is the wrong forum but I need the account to receive the money from scams listed in this section.

The problem is that when using Tor and Privoxy to access Paypal it is nigh impossible to maintain the same IP while using the account (and most of the TOR IPs are red flagged anyways). However, a static proxy is not effective because Paypal can force them to surrender their logs and find your IP address (and then its hello jal time).

So, how can I pull off a configuration like this:

My Computer ---> Privoxy ---> TOR ---> Good static (http) IP proxy ---> Paypal site



I have thought about using CGI proxies (those embedded in a site) but many of those are created by the same IPs and so are already red flagged. So what im looking for is to set up my browser so theres the usual TOR buffed by Privoxy which is all behind a manual proxy. This would provide me anonymity AND ensure I dont get my account limited!

Best option is to find some public wifi. You can go through all the proxies you want, but there will still be a small chance you could be caught.
