Yes. Go to White Pages Phone Directory with Free People Search type in the information you have, and guess from there.

Hmm you used to be able to get like a $50 prepaid creditcard and use it forgame time and when there was no more money on the card blizz sent you an email and it included the full account name saying that there was an error with the billing.

Yes, there actually is!. If you have access to the account management page just go in and look at address/zip and first name. With this little bit of information you can search WhitePages, doing a people search, and only type in first letter of last name. Works 90% of the time.

White pages doesn't always work but it definitely will if the Shipping info on the account is correct.
