Okay, so on [Small Lustrous Pearl] and [Righteous Orb] have the same symbol....

Step 1. WTS 3 [Righteous Orb] 70g (normaly they cost 90g)

Step 2. the one who would buy: Hi, i will buy them // You: kay i send u, i must go offline in a minute

Step 3. the one who would buy: Kay (He think he will save 20g) // du: send (change the prefix of the mail from Small Lustrous Pearl to Righteous Orb)

Step 4. the one who would buy will read your mail and see the symbol and the cheap price= > Baem u have earned money

Will work wonderfull , i have made 2500g with this.

yes, they open it up, see the item, then they can choose to pay or not.
so this scam wouldn't work sadly, though it might work in a normal trade like this, i think righteous orb and small lustrous pearl ahve the same icon, just put the righteous orb up on the trade, let him put his money up, then swap the righteous orb with the lustrous pearl.

you have to be quick with the trade scam though, because it does say the name of the item you are trading.

No do it thru mail, sence ppl just see the icon and roboticly proceed to click and accept it, having no idea it can be not t he right item.

This would work with Worn Axe (Level one common axe) and a Hedgecutter (Forget what level but 50+ rare drop)
