How to write funny letters

Try write "^" <- the button beside enter at my keyboard.
Follow'd by any vokal like "e"
^ + e = ê
¨ + e = ë
` + e = è
´ + e = é

Works with õ î û â å ý and so on....

If you got the Tab buttons at the right side of your keyboard (normal) there's also codes as mentioned earlier.
Like ALT + Four Digits
Example ALT+0173
