question about turbo keys

is using turbo keys for playing pvp a good thing or bad thing ? What I mean by this is you hold the button down it spams the key over and over till you let it go. I've watched a few streams in the past it some times looks like others are doing this because you see a weird animation like you are jumping in the air( if melee) or casting like your having a fit! but the spell don't go off sometimes this has happened to me in the past when playing warrior you jump up and down trying to cast for a few secs then spell will go off. has anyone else been using this method for pvp my keyboard allows me to macro any key with repeat rate or allows me to make sequence of keys but i fined this method unreliable.

is there ways in making your char more easier to play to give you an advantage with using turbo keys?

for example you can make fake cast macro which will allow you to stop casting at a given % using delays within your mouse/keyboard drivers

The game is so easy that i cant believe you're looking for an even easier way to play....Like if ur struggling to play atm, then just dont play or play casually because the game is meant for 12 year olds in terms of difficulty

Yes using logitech drivers or my k70 corsair drivers, alllows me to change delays repeat rate etc. what I wanna know is if using turbo keys will benefit in arena. or where or not i should just spam my buttons, one thing i do notice is having turbo keys set to low seems to randomly disconnect you from wow. but it seems to fire your spells off faster so im not sure if it's a good or bad thing to use.
