Question about wintrading

Hello there.. I wanted to know if someone know if blizzard have a real system to counter wintrading or if it's randomly due to report from other people or playing at wieird time ( 8:00 // 12:00 AM )...
I mean if people wintrade from 20:00 to 00:00 when all other team are playing, there is no risk to look to suspect ?

Glad to find the games related server problems here these are pretty understandable and useful. There should be people who might look for help with gaming servers to making a good thesis and join they should reach the blog. Thumbs up and do share gaming stuff always.
