Hey everyone! TeamSASA has created another workout you can do while playing WoW. This is beginner to intermediate level designed for PVP. More are on their way so leave any feedback you may have to help us make them better. Every routine is created in an effort to help those who they may benefit the most. BEGINNER // HEROIC - TEXT FORMAT

- Waiting in Queue - Do Jumping Jacks or run in place
- BG Countdown - Alternate Supersets every match
(Superset 1 - Push-ups then Sit-ups)
(Superset 2 - Pull-ups then Squats)- Arena Countdown - Hold legs out
- After Every Arena Match - Alternate - Push-ups, Sit-ups, Pull-ups, Squats
HEROIC - CONTINUED
- Activate BG Objective - Lift yourself into a Squat
- Summon Mount - Stand up into a Calf Raise
- BG Death - Hold your legs out until you respawn
- Arena Death - Run to the other side of the room and back
